Hand Crocheted Fringe – True Artisan Work
The delicate fringe is entirely hand crocheted by an artisan working from home, using traditional techniques passed down through generations.
Each hammock is the result of three different Mayan artisans: one weaves the body, another creates the decorative crochet edging, and a third artisan carefully assembles the entire hammock.
This collaborative process happens in their homes, preserving a way of life where craftsmanship, family and tradition come together in every piece.

Our Deluxe Outdoor Undercover Cotton hammocks are woven with slightly thicker cotton threads than our Traditional Cotton hammocks, creating a stronger and more durable fabric for regular use in outdoor areas.
They are designed for covered outdoor spaces such as verandas, pergolas and patios where they are protected from direct rain and harsh weather.
